Gourmet enthusiasts and lovers of exceptional experiences will be delighted to learn that the St Barth Gourmet Festival is making its grand return for its eleventh edition, from November 5 to 10, 2024. This now iconic event on the island of Saint-Barthélemy brings together Michelin-starred chefs and talents, presenting exclusive menus and innovative culinary creations. Whether you're a seasoned gourmet or simply curious to discover new flavors, this is the perfect opportunity to indulge in a culinary journey in a tropical setting.

WORLD-CLASS CHEFS IN PARADISE

This year, the festival will showcase eight international talents, each partnering with a local venue to offer a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Here’s a glimpse of the guest chefs and the establishments where they will welcome you during this week:

Christophe Bacquié, triple Michelin-starred chef from Le Mas des Eydins, in residence at Barthélemy Hotel & Spa.

Dimitri Droisneau, triple Michelin-starred chef from La Villa Madie in Cassis, in residence at L'Esprit.

Fabien Ferré, triple Michelin-starred chef from La Table at Hôtel & Spa du Castellet, in residence at Cheval Blanc St Barth.

Florian Favario, double Michelin-starred chef from L'Auberge de Montmin, in residence at Le Sereno.

Marcel Ravin, double Michelin-starred chef from Blue Bay in Monaco, in residence at Rosewood Le Guanahani St Barth.

Louis Gachet, Michelin-starred chef from Le Couvent des Minimes, in residence at Bagatelle St Barth.

Claire Heitzler, award-winning pastry chef and founder of Claire Heitzler & Producteurs, in residence at Bagatelle St Barth.

Julien Duboué, chef of Boulom, in residence at Nikki Beach St Barth.

The menus, specially crafted for the event by each of the guest chefs, will be offered at these restaurants and unveiled prior to the start of the event. We highly recommend booking in advance to fully enjoy this unique culinary experience.

A CULINARY PROGRAM FILLED WITH EMOTIONS

But the festival is more than just gourmet dinners. Throughout the week, contests and workshops will enliven the event, creating gathering moments for participants. Here are some highlights from the program:

Opening Ceremony at Sereno Hotel – Tuesday, November 5 at 6:30 p.m. (by invitation only). A prestigious evening to kick off the festival with guest chefs and tastings.

Bartender Competition at Rosewood Le Guanahani – Thursday, November 7 at 8:30 p.m. (by registration). The island's top bartenders will compete to create the most innovative cocktails and earn the title of champion.

Les Petites Toques de St Barth: A Children's Cooking Workshop at Barthélemy Hotel & Spa – Saturday, November 9 at 4 p.m. (by registration). A fun and educational workshop where young aspiring chefs can explore the culinary arts alongside their parents.

St Barth Chefs Challenge, hosted by Barons de Rothschild Champagne at Bonito – Sunday, November 10 at 7 a.m. (by registration). An exciting competition where guest chefs will demonstrate their skills in a series of culinary challenges, offering a captivating spectacle for food lovers.
